   Enable production‐scale PerturbSeq in CTG Oncology to support single‐cell data generation for 30s cell lines for the foundation model.• Produced 20 high‐titer lentiviral preparations, performed 10 molecular cloning builds, and designed 5 custom vectors to support genome‐scale perturbation assays across the CTG department.• Support PerturbSeq protocol development for primary T cells, enabling 5′ single‐cell transcriptomic and proteomic readouts at genome‐wide resolution.• Designed a genome‐wide CRISPR library optimized for high‐fidelity PerturbSeq, overcoming platform‐specific constraints.• Supported high‐throughput CRISPR‐based screening across 5 projects and 3 disciplines, generating foundational single‐cell datasets for multimodal model training.
