I am an expert in building technology and construction management. I\'ve been active as project and construction manager, planning director and construction safety manager and I am the deputy director of a certified inspection body operating in the construction sector. After a 15 years of professional activity I moved to University, where I\'ve been lecturer on building technology and maintenance management. Currently, I\'m active on the subject of Project Management and Whole Life Performance of Building. Since 2010 I\'ve been the scientific secretary of CIB W080 working commission “Prediction of Service Life of Building Materials and Components” and from 2015 I’m member of CEN/TC 442 - Building Information Modelling (BIM). I am the editor of “Ingegneri” a quarterly specialized magazine published by Maggioli Editore and author of many books.
