Newly expanded responsibilities include planning, directing, and coordinating the execution of effective and comprehensive marketing and communications strategies to elevate the SGS brand successfully and new product/service awareness for North America. Manage marketing activities and programs, coordinate market research projects, develop and implement marketing plans to serve the business objectives, and carry out related training to keep upgrading our team’s capabilities. Interface with the Global and Division marketing teams frequently to ensure the marketing initiatives are successfully executed. One major highlight is coming up with the SGSLive concept for digital live events showcasing our subject-matter experts in North America. In partnership with our global social media team, we have produced 25 events since we started in 2021, generating 759K impressions and 312K video views. On average our events draw 600+ viewers and at their best, we\'ve been able to attract 1K, live viewers. SGSLive also contributed to our fantastic milestone of hitting 1M+ followers.
