The number three for all Adult Beverage needs at Harris Teeter. I have implemented more effective ways for our in-store ads to be structured, which has resulted in an 153% increase in operating profit fiscal YTD. I am responsible for new and deleted items as well as finding local product that makes each of our stores unique. Created a report that more effectively tracks, and forecasts order quantities to maximize retail gain while limiting excess inventory. As a result, we reduced Adult Beverage in store inventory nearly $5 million dollars last fiscal year. Assist with all quarterly planning and forecasting to ensure we hit all goals. I manage all in-store bars (25) and Local Craft Beer (roughly 300 Brands) to ensure we effectively capture customers changing demands in all 250+ stores and seven states.
