About Fully Centered

I offer and combine benefits of Massage and Bodywork, Yoga & Pilates, Nutritional Counseling, Meditation Instruction and Relaxation Techniques, and Comprehensive Wellness Coaching to integrate the body, mind and spirit, using all of these aspects to achieve full wellness and centering of the individual. Whether it is pain or stress relief, finding your focus, or returning to full health and vitality, Fully Centered will combine multiple modalities, as well as my intuition as a professional dancer to help clients achieve their best performance physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually, guiding clients to THEIR center, so that they can live life to the fullest at their greatest potential. My goal is to address the root cause of any health issues and/or prevent any issues and maintain peak wellness in a comprehensive way that compliments and can potentially enhance other medical treatment.
