I am excited to offer Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I); it is a type of therapy that can help with chronic Insomnia, and many other disorders that might be effecting your sleep. I also love helping adults and teens find solutions to everyday life problems using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques. CBT is a research based method that helps individuals find lasting change through targeting unhelpful thought patterns. My passion is helping people find that lasting solution when they begin to understand their thoughts, beliefs, and actions. I am trained in suicide interventions; I offer CAMS specifically.
