Passionate about business management, entrepreneurship, and innovation, I have extensive experience in academia, research and startup incubation. Currently leading the Venture Creation and Startup Incubation Center at Woxsen University, I specialize in fostering entrepreneurial ecosystems, mentoring startups, and driving business sustainability through strategic management.With a PhD in Business Administration, I have over a decade of experience in higher education, research and consultancy, with a strong focus on entrepreneurship, human resource management and marketing. I am deeply committed to mentorship and capacity building, having supervised numerous postgraduate research projects. As a member of The Academy of Management Nigeria (TAMN) and an expert panelist for Asian-Africa’s Policy Review, I contribute to shaping policies and research in business and entrepreneurship.
