I am a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD with more than twenty years of experience shaping People and Culture strategies across healthcare, technology, manufacturing, and charitable sectors. I partner with CEOs and Boards to build high impact people solutions that strengthen organisational resilience, enhance leadership capability, and create inclusive, engaged workplaces.My recent work at medneo UK included leading a full people transformation that secured Great Place to Work certification, modernised HR systems, and strengthened global recruitment pipelines. Prior to this, I supported significant growth and cultural renewal at Omnes Healthcare and delivered award winning people programmes at Emovis, recognised nationally and across Europe for Diversity and Inclusion, Wellbeing, and Employee Engagement.Alongside my executive roles, I serve as a Trustee for Survive and Ascendance, mentor through the CIPD Trust, and regularly contribute as a speaker at sector events. These roles reinforce my commitment to values led leadership, community impact, and practical support for people centred organisations.I have also founded Springs People, a consultancy designed to give organisations access to experienced, strategic HR support without the cost of a full in house team. Springs People provides fractional HR leadership, HR health checks, culture and organisational development support, policy and process redesign, leadership development, and tailored people consultancy.
