Data centers are scaling faster than the workforce trained to build them. Timelines are compressing, skilled trade workers are scarce, and the margin for error on grounding, surge protection, and electrical connections is exactly zero. When something is built wrong, the risk isn\'t a punch list item — it\'s a compliance failure, an insurance event, or unplanned downtime.I focus on educating the market on the decisions that protect critical power infrastructure — and the ones that quietly create risk. For data center operators and EPCs, that means understanding how proper grounding, lightning protection, and connection specification can simplify compliance and eliminate the rework that blows timelines. It also means rethinking how cable management and support infrastructure are specified — because when labor is your scarcest resource, the hours saved on installation are hours you can redirect to higher-skill work.
