ABOUT FUA NIPAH

I joined MANN+HUMMEL in 2003 and had various opportunities by working in several functions. In my current function, we focus on providing filtration solutions for everyday needs. Be it providing clean air for operating theaters, schools, airports or purifying drinking water or cleaning waste water for municipalities. I am very proud to work for a company which actively contributes to the preservation of the scarce resources we have on earth. These scarce resources are needed for the future of all our children, including my own. At the beginning, I was part of the air filter element R&D team in the automotive sector and as part of my onboarding, I spent the first weeks carrying out benchmark tests on various air filters elements purchased from an authorized workshop. Not only did I appreciate the fact that I could spend my days in a climatized lab (23 deg / 50% humidity) but I was also able to witness firsthand how great our air filter elements performed as compared to our competitors. Fast forward to 2021 and I am proud that I can still offer such great products to our customers in our non-automotive as the head of the Life Sciences and Environment business unit. My different positions also gave me an opportunity to work for MANN+HUMMEL in India, China, Singapore and Germany. I was able to increase my intercultural skills and at the same time, get to appreciate and understand the expectations of our various customers and markets.
