   Founded OEASE Solutions to solve a critical problem I experienced firsthand: mission-driven organizations are buried in administrative work, hindering their ability to make a real impact. I transformed this vision into a startup company, leading every facet of the business from ideation and product development to market strategy and fundraising. Within the first year, I successfully secured over 3k+ in pitch and new venture challenge competition awards, built a robust product ecosystem, and cultivated a waitlist of 25+ eager organizations.Key Achievements & Responsibilities:Authored a comprehensive business plan and go-to-market strategy focused on the critical pain point of 1,040 hours wasted annually per organization on admin tasks. As lead evangelist, I successfully pitched our vision to investors and partners, securing over in competition awards, attracting 12+ beta customers, and building a waitlist of 25+ organizations.Spearheaded the end-to-end creation of the OEASE product suite, including the flagship OEASE OMS and community-centric OCMTY platform. I directed a full-stack development team using Golang, MongoDB, and Vue.js to build a secure, single-tenant architecture that delivers a seamless, all-in-one command center for non-technical users.To maximize user impact, I championed the integration of practical AI features across the platform. This included developing AI-assisted content generation for events, smart screening for recruitment, and automated data entry for finance, directly automating our users\' most time-consuming tasks.Validated the core business thesis by leading extensive market research, analyzing over 80 sources to confirm the critical need for a unified solution among student organizations, sports clubs, and nonprofits. This research provided the data-driven foundation for our product roadmap and community-building strategy.
