About Ft Rupam Khurana
With an advent to ensure food safety and security I joined Food Technology course and I am glad to share that I have completed my Masters and Bachelors in Food technology from Prestigious institutes. This time duration of 6 years in food technology field, gave ample knowledge with concern to food safety, food quality, technological aspects with food manufacturing. Due to the exposure to National Dairy Research Institute, a good exposure to dairy also helped me in acquiring new hands on experience and knowledge concerned with milk and milk products. With a full year experience of hands on in analytical procedure, reporting and data analysis during my research work, I want to join food industry preferably in R&D.
