Ensuring QHSE processes are being followed and adhered in PODs. Developing internal and external indices on POD\'s and Warehouse compliance. Monitoring consumer complaint trends, working with cross functional team on corrective and preventive actions for continual improvement of PODs’. • Conducting periodic announced as well as unannounced audit to ensure adherence of statutory and food safety controls in PODs, Cold Chains and Warehouses. • Follow up of NC closure for both external and internal audits with PODs, Cold Chains and Warehouses. Ensure developed corrective action on nonconformity are implemented effectively. Supporting for the preparation of external audits in POD\'s, Cold Chains and Warehouses. Involved in root cause analysis for the identified non-conformity or complaints. Conduct As-is study to verify the developed process compliance of PODs & Warehouse. Ensuring record keeping of audit/customer complaints/ corrective action & Preventive action.• Delivering onsite training programs on QHSE and FSMS as per the need of the PODs at basic Ensuring the policy’s communication to all the properties of the organization and its implementation similar to the corporate level. Conducting periodic announced as well as unannounced audit to ensure adherence of statutory and food safety controls at FNV suppliers along with follow up on NC closures.
