   Supervise and coordinate daily operations in the mix room, ensuring timely and accurate preparation of ice cream mixes as per formulation standards.Monitor batching processes, ingredient dosing, and homogenization to maintain product consistency and quality.Ensure strict compliance with food safety, hygiene (CIP), and GMP standards.Maintain accurate production records, batch reports, and inventory logs for raw materials and finished mixes.Collaborate with Quality Assurance and R&D teams to troubleshoot process deviations and implement corrective actions.Operate and oversee mixing equipment, pasteurizers, homogenizers, and associated utilities to ensure smooth plant operations.Train and supervise mix room operators and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs). Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process inefficiencies and contributing to productivity enhancements.
