From Lab Coats to Lecture Halls — Bridging Industry with Academia in Food Technology As an enthusiastic food technologist who is now a professor, I offer a unique combination of academic understanding and practical FMCG industry experience to the classroom. With 2 years of combined experience in food safety, quality control, and higher education, my background demonstrates a strong dedication to both knowledge sharing and practical excellence. I was good in implementing and auditing ISO 9001, ISO and HACCP systems in the FMCG industry, which guarantees high standards for food safety and quality. My expertise on regulatory compliance, process improvement, and product evaluations has improved my ability to coach students and provide lectures. At the moment, I mentor and instruct postgraduate students in food technology, giving theoretical ideas practical application.
