   By changing order and methods of processes I have cut the Technical Integration Projects at Boingo from a month to a week. Not only this saved the company money, but it brought several of our competitor’s customer turn to us. • Work with Sales, Engineering, Product and Project Management team to ensure successful delivery of solutions to customers. • Engage with prospective customers during the sales process to understand their goals and critical business issues and then to position how Boingo and 3rd party integrations will aid in addressing these areas. • Working very closely with account executives meeting directly with clients, leading sessions as well as working closely with the Engineers and the sales team. • Prepare documented responses to RFIs and RFQs on opportunities that require them. • I provide technical demonstrations of our services and capabilities to both group and individual audiences • Establish new accounts and services accounts by identifying potential customers; planning and organizing sales calls schedule. • Explaining complex technical solutions to technical and non-technical audiences and to connect technological solutions with business value. • Prepare cost estimates by studying blueprints, plans, and related customer documents; consulting with engineers, architects, and other professional and technical personnel.
