I am a playmaker in pre and post-sales activities. The main tasks on pre-sales phase are:• To prepare and give public presentation during commercial/marketing events • To have technical meeting with prospect in order to understand their needs • To perform small CAE activities in order to show the validity and efficiency of the provided solutions The main tasks on post stales phase are:• To train the customer in Altair software usage• To support the customers in software usage by phone, mail and on site visit• To help the customers in finding new or alternative solution to their specific problem based on CAE methodologies I am mainly focused on the Automotive industry field and I am committed to Fiat Chrysler Group customer care; I am also the Italian referee for Altair RADIOSS support, a state of art FE solver for nonlinear explicit application.I have periodical meetings, with colleagues from other countries in order to exchange and increase our knowledge and coordinate some activities at Corporate, World and European level.
