In my professional life, I lead a team of data analysts focused on developing innovative data visualizations—insights that didn’t exist before in our industry. This role has taught me that leadership is not just about overseeing work, but about cultivating creativity and collaboration to break new ground. Encouraging my team to explore new ideas and approaches has been essential in driving both innovation and professional growth within our department.Beyond the workplace, my entrepreneurial journey took shape when I co-founded P2ST, a startup in Douala, Cameroon, aimed at training and equipping young energy professionals with the skills they need to thrive in the workforce. Our mission is to bridge the gap between education and employment by partnering with both the government and the private sector to provide job and internship opportunities. This mission reflects Tony Elumelu’s belief in the transformative power of entrepreneurship to create sustainable economic growth and jobs. P2ST’s short-term goal is to transition into a service company, employing our trainees, while our long-term goal is to establish a foundation like the Tony Elumelu Foundation, dedicated to empowering young professionals and providing a platform for their success.
