Following a successful year-long consultancy via Devoteam, I joined the Thales Digital Factory to lead design strategies for cloud and secure suite environments. R-Cloud Solutions | UX/CX Design: Collaborated with cross-functional teams to align the R-Cloud platform’s service offerings with business goals. I designed a seamless service journey—from onboarding to the \"run\" phase—ensuring a high-impact experience for global users. R-Suite | CX Design: Spearheaded the end-to-end customer journey for high-security environments. By mapping the global experience (from onboarding to support) and leading dedicated UX Research, I successfully bridged the gap between stringent security protocols and a frictionless user experience.
