As CEO of MCA, I lead a multi-division U.S. manufacturing team focused on revitalizing American manufacturing across thermoforming, wire harnessing and components, auxiliary lighting, and advanced metal fabrication. I lead MCA’s multi-year strategy built on EOS, including upcoming acquisitions, operational excellence initiatives, and our path toward an ESOP transition.I support and align our divisions — Uniforce Plastics & Tech, Boss Lighting, MetalOne Fabrication, and MetalPeak Fabrication — around shared processes, data discipline, and customer excellence. I oversee the full implementation of EOS across MCA, creating clarity, alignment, and accountability.We focus on scaling U.S-based manufacturing excellence across thermoforming, CNC, laser cutting, press brake, wire harness production, and lighting. We work closely with customers in marine, automotive, RV, industrial, and emerging AI/data-center markets to strengthen relationships, improve service, and expand our footprint.I ensure strong financial stewardship through enterprise cash discipline, forecasting, capital planning, and investment alignment to support sustainable, profitable growth.
