I\'m motivated by seeing diverse partners come together to magnify each others strategic efforts. I\'m good at bringing the Why back to the surface and orchestrating vendors, clients and stakeholders toward a shared goal. Whether it\'s a fundraiser, an ad campaign, a marketing plan or a big farm dinner for a bunch of hungry cyclists, I find so much joy in connecting people and places and resources to add momentum to the efforts of my community. I\'m energized by visionary leaders who recognize that they need empathetic managers to bring their vision to fruition. I\'m a solid right hand woman who can bring operations and strategic planning into focus behind the scenes.
