ABOUT AMIR FRIEDMAN
I founded NextStep Technology Advisors in 1986 as part of a CPA firm in Lancaster, PA. In 2009, I purchased it and moved it to our current location. We specialize in helping clients document, improve and monitor their business processes, and maximize the benefits of their ERP software. Our clients are in distribution, manufacturing, services and many other industries, as well as not-for-profit and government organizations. From the beginning, our business philosophy, services, and culture have been outside of the mainstream: • We see IT as a means to an end, not an end in itself. • Our consultants are more than technology experts; they have relevant real-life business experience. • We are careful when selecting clients, in order to ensure a good fit and foster strong long-term relationships. • We work within a relatively small geographic area, to be near our clients. • When it comes to support, our philosophy is to make you as self-sufficient as you’d like to be. • We use no salespersons and no sales pressure.
