Jim is the founder and president of Focal Point Consulting, LLC. He coaches, trains, facilitates and develops programs in Leadership Development, Strategic Planning, Customer Service, Teambuilding, Adventure Education and other related topics.Jim received a B.A. in Speech Communication and an M.A. in Communication Consultancy from Oklahoma State University. He is a certified/qualified facilitator of Strategic Planning, Achieve Global, DDI, Management YOU, QBQ, Denison Organizational Culture Survey and the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. He is also a certified ropes instructor and has been facilitating groups through teambuilding and experiential activities for the past 16 years.
