I do not split life into work and private life. Instead I see it as “life” with different areas. If you suffer in one area it will affect other areas, e.g. affecting the work life. Therefore, I coach you in the identified suffered area to improve in other areas! • You want to invest in the people in your company (i.e. directors and coworkers) to reach a better version of your company. • My education as a coach have provided me with the concrete tools for this development of yourself. • I also bring knowledge from my years when I was working as head of rolling stock at Arlanda Express, airport commuter trains Arlanda – Stockholm city. • In parallel of my coaching work, I am a Project manager with deep and broad experience, with PMP certification since 2016. I am ready to take lead in projects within many different technical fields. I have been working as a project manager since 2008. Who I am: • I am an experienced senior consultant with a broad focus within leadership, project management and coaching. I have a Diploma in coach training from Leapfrog. • Besides the coach education I am also an engineer with 20 years of experience from industry. I have worked in companies of different sizes, from small to large, both as an employee and a consultant. My focus has shifted between technology-centric tasks and project management/leadership assignments. • I also have a very active private life and like to spend time with family and friends, exercise and so on. At the same time, me and my husband handled a major house renovation project… In other words, I have considerable experience in work-life balance juggling.
