ABOUT FRIDA GUSTAVSSON
I am a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Bose, where I joined in February 2024. I have a MA (Hons) degree in Economics and Management from the University of Aberdeen, and am fluent in English, German, and Swedish. I have over five years of experience in TA, ranging from being a high-level individual contributor to leading and managing talent acquisition teams and projects. My experience spans across various industries, such as Software - Data Analytics, FinTech and Tech.In my previous roles, I was responsible for the regional non-tech talent acquisition strategy and hiring for EMEA and the Americas at Coda Payments, and the global recruitment strategy and policies at Exasol, a post-IPO company. I have successfully hired and onboarded candidates in multiple countries and markets, using strategic recruitment planning, active sourcing, and by partnering with internal and external stakeholder. I have also led and contributed to various TA projects, such as implementing new policies, tools, and creating and conducting trainings.
