ABOUT FREDRIC REYELTS
Returning JOY to practicing medicine for health providers and care teams along with improving engagement and satisfaction of patients with their healthcare are paramount to me. Utilizing our team members to the highest level of their licensure and aptitude, incorporating new processes, and evaluating and incorporating technology to allow us to be efficient and good stewards of the resources available drive my approach to addressing problems.I\'ve been providing innovation, team-based care, and strategic leadership for more than 30 years as a Family Physician and Medical Director. My passions for continuously improving how we deliver care, engaging with our patients and colleagues, and solving problems in unique ways are contagious. My leadership in strategic thinking, growth, entrepreneurial opportunities, innovation and team development has led to organizational and team success on many fronts. The more challenging the situation, the more engaged I become. Success has not come from standing on the sidelines, but rather from being inquisitive, persistent, iterative and knowing the solution comes in small and large steps coupled with learning and improving on each PDSA cycle.
