As a Talent Acquisition Intern at Hilton, I am passionate about connecting top talent with rewarding opportunities within one of the world’s leading hospitality brands. My role involves collaborating closely with HR professionals and hiring managers to identify and attract candidates who align with Hilton\'s culture of excellence and service. In this position, I support the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews, managing the candidate experience and finally ensuring a seamless onboarding process for new hires. My role as a corporate recruiter also means that I aid in analysis of data and also conducting presentations to not just my team, but also external stakeholders. I am committed to promoting Hilton’s core values and contributing to the company’s mission of creating exceptional guest experiences by ensuring we bring the best people on board. My internship so far has given me hands-on experience in talent acquisition, sharpened my communication skills, and deepened my understanding of the hospitality industry.
