Support the animation, layout, compositing and production departments on a 2D animated film project for a major streaming platform, by managing file workflows and ensuring technical consistency across assets and artist software-Set up and maintain shot naming conventions and version control in collaboration with production management-Prepare and split PSD layout files into individual shots, ensuring correct project settings, file specifications, and organised layer structures for downstream use in TVPaint and Nuke-Export layered assets and background elements to support 2D camera setups and animation requirements-Create and configure TVPaint scene files with frame ranges, references, and audio to streamline the animator workflow-Ingest and process artist files via LucidLink and Shotgrid, and storing them in correct server locations with consistent naming protocols-Upload media assets to Flowtracker/ShotGrid and maintain accurate tracking of shot statuses and edit changes-Collaborate closely with the Director, Head of Clean Up & Colour, Producer and Compositing Lead to monitor artist progress and share relevant notes and updates.
