I have always been fascinated with people and what makes each of us tick. Over the course of my international career in FMCG primarily, I found my true calling: Helping individuals and teams be the best they can be. I see my strengths in my bravery, creativity and pragmatism, as well as developing and growing people. Being bold and big picture thinking, connecting dots that are on different pages or not even dots yet is where I come into my own. I am a true data geek and let insight guide me on the path to workable, practical and pragmatic solutions. Sharing what I know and helping others develop gives me a huge amount of energy and I always have time for people that want to know more or want to learn. Most recently, I have found a keen interest in translating technology into core enablers and to design processes that genuinely work for users. You read it here - adoption is the next shiny object. While I have built expertise across multiple HR disciplines, I am at my best when I can positively impact the lives of many different groups of people.
