Freya Huffman is a versatile & inspiring Leader with a background in Employee Engagement, Learning, Development, Diversity (DE & I), HR, Talent Development, Operations, & Technology Leadership. She has successfully created global onboarding programs, developed employees, implemented performance improvement initiatives, established virtual training programs, implemented technology solutions, & designed programs that measure ROI.Huffman has 12 years of experience teaching of students at the collegiate level in the areas of Mathematics, Information Technology, Business, HR, Communications, Sales & General Education courses. She was Area Chair over Math, IT & Business & named Faculty of the Quarter.Previously, as Manager of Virtual Training (VT), she led the national VT sales strategy & developed a national VT certification program for Market Trainers at Aflac.Before joining Aflac, she led the learning, development & performance improvement strategy for Finance Shared Services, while supporting over 200 Associates in the U.S. & India at ADP. She also trained thousands of clients on ADP HRM & HRIS & was instrumental in developing the initial training courses for Health Care Reform/ACA & Performance Management. As an inaugural leadership member of the Diversity Council, she helped to lead the Career Fair Yearly Event and Mentorship Program & was named ADP\'s Associate of the Quarter. As an organizational Development leader, she planned, developed, implemented, and administered development and training programs. Before ADP, Huffman was employed in manufacturing for 10 years as an IT Project Manager, ERP Global Implementation Consultant & Programmer Analyst. She reduced inventory using the Lean Six Sigma methodology and implemented IT solutions to automate processes and implement continuous improvement initiatives to drive streamlined processes. She was awarded 3 internships & a co-op to Westinghouse Savannah River Site in various roles including IT & Training Manager, Programmer, Database Developer, Web Developer & HRIS Analyst.Huffman holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics & Computer Science from Claflin University, MBA-IT from Keller Graduate School of Management & has completed all coursework for a PhD in Education focusing on Training & Performance Improvement from Capella University before the program changed. She is now completing a Ph.D. in Adult and Secondary Education. She attended graduate school at Clemson University taking courses in the Computer Science Masters Program as a GEM Fellow through Westinghouse SRS.
