Co-founded and lead one of the world’s largest functional fitness fundraising event series, delivering high-impact competitions, community activations, and corporate events across the UK, Europe, North America, Singapore and the Middle East.Leadership & Operations: I head up the Director of Events and a global team of Event Managers, Community Managers, Content Creators and contractors; set budgets and manage finances; oversee international logistics, venues, AV, insurance, equipment providers and suppliers.Commercial Partnerships: Work with major brands including Nike, Red Bull, Celsius, WHOOP, MOJU, Hyperice, Concept2, Grenade, Tesla and others to integrate products and services into the athlete journey from registration to post-event. Design and deliver bespoke in-event activations, collab social content and email communications.Community & Ambassadors: Build close relationships with gym owners, coaches and ambassadors to drive sign-ups, deliver “Battle Prep” sessions and embed Battle Cancer into local fitness communities worldwide. Manage sales strategies, customer service and team registration/management workflows through platforms such as Competition Corner.Brand Development: Grow the Battle Cancer brand across website, social channels, video content, graphics, merchandise and in-event experiences to ensure a consistent, engaging presence.Charity Partnerships: Develop and maintain relationships with cancer charities internationally and with fundraising platforms such as JustGiving, maximising impact and donations.Strategic Direction: Set the vision and roadmap for new event formats, markets and fundraising initiatives while upholding our mission to unite the fitness community against cancer.
