About Jason Farris

Jason Farris is the founder, broker, and publisher of FresYes Realty and FresYes.com. A certified REALTOR®, Jason’s been in the real estate business for over 14 years, though he’s been in the customer service industry for much longer. An early adopter of technology, Jason quickly realized how beneficial the internet was in selling homes. Not content to passively post a house on a website, Jason experimented with video, blogging, and every mode of social media available in order to stay connected to his clients. Building relationships through personal engagement had always been his style, and this new (at the time) technology allowed him to take that to the next level, which l was the creation of FresYes Realty, his own agency, and FresYes.com, a website dedicated to showing new homeowners — and even lifelong residents — everything there is to love about living in Fresno. To this day, the site stays true to its mission of keeping Fresno neighbors connected to their community.These days, Jason has almost 100 agents under him at FresYes Realty. He makes sure the agency keeps involved in the community through donations to charities, throwing free community events, and hosting blood drives. His Brokerage was recently recognized across the country as a “Beta Broker” - an industry leader in marketing and culture- the only brokerage in Fresno to receive such an honor and only one of 32 across the country to receive the prestigious award. Farris keeps his passion for media and marketing alive each day by helping other agents and small businesses develop their own marketing platform through his media agency, Cx4. Passionate about fitness and transformation, he additionally leads a morning motivational group called the Daily Wake Up Call, which texts a large group of entrepreneurs, agents and go-getters across the country a go-get-’em style message each day.
