WHAT I DO: I help business owners to understand the importance of succession planning and how they might exit their business one day HOW I DO IT I look at all the exit options available to business owners and advise them on the best exit strategy to meet their personal and financial goals. WHO I WORK FOR I work with business owners who want to exit their businesses the right way. MY BACKGROUND I set up my own freight forwarding business in and will exit it in March 2023. I grew it from nothing to £10 million + turnover with 40 staff. I decided in 2017 to create an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) as my succession plan.
