Assist in implementing the day-to-day functions of the Billing department. Analyze annual subscription billing contracts for accuracy and completeness prior to billing clients. Use Salesforce to enter, review and/or adjust client campaigns and extension charges. Review payments received to appropriate client\'s account. Assist in balancing accounts receivable, reconciling statements as needed. Attend routine meetings regarding billing planning and implementations. Assist with the implementation of a new billing system (if/when needed). Prepare client financial and statistical reports. Assign correct GL Coding to Merchant transactions. Audit current procedures to monitor and improve efficiency of billing and collections operations.
