Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes that provide visibility into goals, progress, and obstacles for our key initiatives• Direct, manage, and train staff from different departments to increase revenue, performance, productivity, and elevate overall skills.• Analyze data and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify training, productivity, and revenue needs.• Build and maintain relationships with all departments, external partners, and vendors to make decisions regarding operational activity and strategic goals• Identify and implement enhancements using change management and customer experience evaluations (CX analytics).• Oversee and handle escalations & account maintenance for high-value clientele.• Identify and recommend cost-saving and continuous improvement initiatives • Review financial reports and formally present results to the executive team. • Manage new-hire onboarding: conduct interviews, hire staff and facilitate employee orientation.
