   In my current role, as the Sr. Technical Program Manager I am responsible for the portfolio of projects that relate to the Global Corporate IT team which supports product development teams that are working on cutting edge VR technology. This has presented many challenges that required engaging Executive stakeholders across the business to deliver on tight project timelines. Working with IT technical managers we have been able to engineer solutions to deliver on project objectives. Part of my portfolio of projects includes activities related to migrating systems from acquired companies. This requires being the liaison for our migration vendors and internal stakeholders. These migrations require orchestration across Finance, Product, HR and IT. My role does not only include executing on special projects but also coaching the Corporate IT managers on adopting Agile/Scrum practices. I also introduced a Jira framework to help the teams plan and create quarterly roadmaps that help with project intake as well as gives the Senior Director visibility into what each one of his teams is working on. This provides the details needed for a quarterly business review with C-suite.
