Fred Ruiz is Stratum’s Chief Operations Officer. Fred’s detail-oriented ethos has proven highly effective in his dedication to keeping our client’s safe. His sense of purpose is rooted firmly in his commitment to delivering an outstanding service that consistently exceeds client expectations. His natural leadership style and team focus have been instrumental in the development of our strong organizational culture; a culture that has attracted the most capable security industry professionals who are equally as dedicated to protecting our clients as we are. Fred is a former United States Navy SEAL and Naval Special Warfare shooting and tactics instructor who dedicated over twelve years of service to these elite and challenging roles. He worked across a wide range of operational military environments and deployed on multiple combat tours to both Iraq and Yemen. Fred is a master class competitive shooter, placing him in the top 15% of shooting professionals nationwide. The nexus between duty and competition has allowed him to cultivate a truly unique and effective training curriculum that we incorporate into our employee professional development programs. Fred also holds a Bachelor of Science degree.
