Work with Infotainment team as Sr. Software Quality Assurance Engineer and responsible for testing and validation of high quality, production ready Infotainment Software’s in the domain of ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) features under the categories of ADAS Viewing - Surround View Monitoring, Rear View Monitoring, Blind Spot Monitoring; ADAS Driving - Adaptive Cruise Control, Highway Assist, Lane Departure Protection; ADAS Safety - Collision Protection, Cross Traffic Protection, Drowsy and Distracted Driver Alerts, and ADAS Parking features. Additional test areas includes, Media applications, Navigation, Audio. Perform Software integration test in vehicle for ADAS, Media, Navigation and Audio features. Validate the software in vehicle with respective testing and validation methods and also by using simulation of signals using CANoe or VSigTool in the Infotainment test bench setup and help improve the software quality by Identifying defects/issues in the software by collecting necessary data and for analyzing and debugging the issues. Create test cases based on requirements for features and design test plans for Sanity Test, Smoke Test, Full feature test, Automation test and execute it. Write software scripts for automation. Help provide feedback to the UI/UX team and product owners of ADAS features for improvement in the usability from the information displayed on the infotainment system. Coordinate with the software developers on software bugs/defects, testing criteria, help reproduce certain bugs/defects to collect specific information.
