ABOUT FREDRICK PERRY

Over the past 5 years I have been an administrator, and business owner. I\'ve worked in creating organization wide systems, scaffolding curriculum, and specialty education. I am familiar with project management software. I\'ve created organization wide systems and tools which are still being utilized today. I\'ve increased statistical outcomes using researched based strategies, decreased waste in resources, and increased mathematics scores for each organization over the past 5 years. One of my greatest accomplishment was teaching an 18 year old to tie his shoes and write his name. I am skilled at grant writing, interpreting documents, quantitative and qualitative data collection and interpretation, interpersonal communication, team building, and problem solving. I have been highlighted in my career for having flexibility and being very effective in moving the needle on identified gaps. I have experience in managing a budget, managing teams of 15 plus, creating business models for turn-around organizations, and other capacities of a manager. I have directed the campaign of regional elected officials, led projects that encompassed more than 5 schools over the course of 12 months, and managed other programs.
