ABOUT FRED NEUMANN
I\'m an entrepreneur, community builder, and storytelling enthusiast committed to bridging cultures through tech, education, and conversation. At Wayble, I lead efforts to support international students with tools shaped by language, culture, and real human needs, scaling success across borders.I’ve founded 8 startups, exited 3, and merged our SaaS mental health platform PsyMood into Wayble in 2024 at a CA$1.5M valuation. My work spans digital inclusion, student mobility, and culturally responsive support systems.I also founded Movimento Lixo Zero, a sustainability movement in Brazil focused on conscious living and environmental education, because purpose should go beyond the office and into communities.Outside of work, I host Papo de Tênis, a podcast I started in 2021 with 140+ episodes, to explore tennis and music through Brazilian voices and passions. It\'s one of the places where my love for storytelling and cultural identity shows up most naturally.I’m always up for bold ideas, systems that need rethinking, and partnerships built on empathy and impact.
