Former award winning middle school Language Arts teacher, proven turnaround leader in urban elementary and urban secondary school levels in public, state-run, and charter school settings. Demonstates the ability to direct both students and teachers in obtaining new social, professional, and academic growth measures. In addition to obtaining traditional degrees, I presently balance my time with being an Education Consultant/Principal\'s Advisor and an Education Leadership and Policy Studies Doctoral Candidate (Graduation - Fall 2016). I am a Relay GSE National Principal\'s Academy Fellow - 2015 Cohort.
