I have 25 years of professional experience, half as an entrepreneur and CEO in high-tech and Digital and half as a Innovation & Digital Strategy Consultant.I am specialized in digital innovation projects, Data & Analytics, Customer Experience, Digital transformation and new venturesAs a Chief Digital Officer I helped large and medium sized organization transform their processes, organization, products and services to succeed in a new digital world. I created Customer Experience Departments, Data Labs, Software Factories and Innovation Hubs. As an entrepreneur (creation of 2 companies, 5M€ Capital raised, both successfully sold) with a pragmatic and efficiency-oriented approach, a sense of action and speed of decision necessary to this type of activity. As a consultant with my strategic consulting experience I can adopt a birds eye view of the business, to understand and address complex situations, and apply a long-term strategic vision while remaining results-oriented.
