Oversee all production, logistics, staffing, merchandise, and digital platforms to ensure smooth, high-impact live experiences.Key responsibilities- Lead production and operations for 40+ events annually across the UK and internationally- Advance all show details with venues and festivals, including staging, sound, lighting, logistics, and accreditation- Manage show budgets, track P & Ls, and finalise financial settlements post-event- Coordinate all logistics, including artist travel, accommodation, technical riders, and scheduling- Recruit, brief, and manage on-site event staff, including artist liaison teams and show reps- Book and manage media teams, ensuring clear comms and access to all relevant information- Drive marketing strategy and creative ideation for each event, collaborating on content and communication plans- Manage all ticketing platforms and event listings to ensure smooth customer experience and data tracking- Oversee DnB Allstars merchandise operations – from product sourcing and design to delivery and show sales- Run and maintain the DnB Allstars website and Shopify store, ensuring accurate listings, timely updates, and sales performance
