I\'ve always been drawn to agriculture and the outdoors. I began my carrier as an entomologist working in product development. I transitioned to regulatory affairs about ten years ago and have had the opportunity to do regulatory work for the USA and a variety of countries globally. I appreciate having the scientific background to dig into and understand the diversity of information required to support regulatory dossiers. My regulatory work has focused on \"unconventional\" pesticides. I enjoy the discovery process involved in understanding the products and how they might fit into existing regulations, and then the challenge of working with regulatory agencies to adapt regulations to novel products. I am self-motivated, hard-working, and detail-oriented. I have a high level of integrity. I enjoy working collaboratively with my colleagues and appreciate humor, especially when we encounter challenges!
