   Main responsibilities:\\\\n- Drive the recruiting process by ensuring timely debriefs with hiring teams, make appropriate offer recommendations, and execute a closing approach.\\\\n- Recruitment for executive positions globally as well as volume recruitments for operational functions for each site as per request.\\\\n- Work closely with hiring managers, business leaders and HR team to maximize the effectiveness and success of recruiting process ensuring consistent and high quality hiring practices and execution.\\\\n- Maximize the effectiveness and success of hiring Global specialized positions based and hired under European labor law.\\\\n- Develop and implement search strategies, ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against set criteria.\\\\n- Create and manage a professional pipeline network of highly qualified candidates.\\\\n- Provide recruiting activities reports and KPIs.\\\\n- Provide support in Green House ATS\\\\n- Part of the implementation of the European recruitment processes and Talent Acquisition strategy.\\\\n- Supporting AGC Biologics European Sites with transferring business knowledge and skills from within the different European sites. Including but not limited to, immigration, tax, work permits and labor laws.\\\\n- Train and provide feedback on assessment tools for HM and support recruitment team.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
