Climate lead for Rio Tinto Aluminium managing a team of experts in Australia and Canada in charge of participation to carbon markets (EU-ETS, WCI, NZ-ETS, etc.), compliance to laws and regulations, strategic decarbonization projects, regulatory and voluntary reporting (CDP, TCFD, etc.), plant performance, support to commercial/marketing activities (life-cycle assessments, Environmental Product Declarations, etc.) and participation to numerous industry associations. RTA emits 22 million tons of CO2e/yr in scopes 1 & 2 and more than 100 million tons of CO2e/yr in Scope 3).
