CWR Technologies is a strategic IT company specializing in IT infrastructure consultation and implementation. This includes business analysis, project management and quality assurance. Recently I have established the direction for the development and administration of CWR’s quality improvement efforts. This efforts required consultation with other executives and staff to understand the attitudes and practices of quality throughout the organization. Information obtained was then used to develop an environment of continual improvement in every aspect of the organization’s products and services. This effort has culminated in CWR establishing service delivery quality standards, establishing SharePoint as it\'s single source of record, establishing a Process Engineering Group as well as a Quality Assurance Group, and finally being certified at Maturity Level 3 for both Development and Services. Prior to this, while at CWR Technologies, LLC, I provided Project Management, Operations Management, Quality Assurance and Development services to various clients. I am currently leading an effort to obtain a successful CMMI Maturity Level 4 assessment.
