To accomplish this, I address all aspects: composition and training of teams; reporting structures and hierarchies; sales and pricing; customer relationships; and legal. My jack-of-all trades background has prepared me to tackle big issues in small, agile companies that need to build or rebuild.I have had executive positions in both logistics and technology companies and am looking for a place to grow. I am currently focused on startups or turnaround opportunities where my skills can best be utilized. I am currently pursuing paid positions or acquisition targets between $1m-$5m.I am always interested in hearing different perspectives and meeting new people.    In February of 2024, I closed on my first acquisition, Iron Horse Welding, & Field Services based in Albuquerque. Iron Horse exists for those operators in construction, mining, agriculture, and government with heavy equipment who can\'t afford to wait to get their machines back up. To provide comprehensive service to our customers, Iron Horse maintains a fleet of service vehicles, a custom weld shop, and a dedicated parts department sourcing everything from cutting edges to transmissions. Our focus is to keep the fleets of our partners up and running, while controlling costs by sourcing high quality, North American parts at below OEM prices.
