I\'m a strategic thinker.In 5+ years of experience as a strategy consultant and 3+ years in a strategic business development position, I was able to craft business strategies for large- to medium-sized companies and learned what matters to top management. My working style is analytical, structured, and always on point. · I\'m proactive and high-performing.I have a can-do attitude and want to get things done. I do not worry about the problem, but I create the solution. I expect the best of myself and care to succeed. That is also why I kept coming \"best in class\" with honor both in my Bachelor and Master studies and developed award-winning business plans.· I\'m a leader and a team player.I am no stranger to leading teams and enabling others to perform at their best. I managed projects and led student organizations as member of the board. When in a team, I thrive on creating synergies which pave our way to the top and capitalize on each individual\'s strengths.· I\'m a creative mind.While my positions usually demand much of the rational mind, I also love to be creative. My ideas are unique and out-of-the-box, and have won marketing awards in the past. I love to set my creativity free through photography, music, and dancing.· I\'m international.Growing up in Germany with Polish roots, I studied in the Netherlands and traversed the world to work in Canada, China, Taiwan, New Zealand, and Australia. My consulting work involved clients in Singapore, USA, and Switzerland. I speak three languages, and basics of some more.· I\'m socially committed.I care about doing something meaningful. I have a passion for improving health and environmental issues of today and tomorrow. I also volunteered to empower children in Asia to make societal changes, supported big cultural events like TIFF, and currently teach German to foreigners in Berlin to help them settle and integrate.
