Over 28 years of process engineering experience in process design, commissioning, startup and plant operations, such as in distillations, FCC, hydro-processing, thermal cracking, reforming/CCR, delayed coking, alkylation, hydrogen plant, gas processing, cryogenics & LNG, gasification/IGCC, sweetening & sulfur recovery, etc.2. An expert in cryogenic process, such as liquefied natural gas (LNG/FLNG), nitrogen rejection unit (NRU), NGL, helium recovery, air separation, natural gas processing, and CO2 liquefaction3. Expertise in major equipment design for large compressor with gas turbine, brazed aluminum and spiral coil main heat exchanger, columns, etc.4. Extended experiences in various projects from inception to on-site installation, mechanical completion, commissioning and startup7. Excellent hands-on experience in technical & production support, process optimization and trouble shooting8. Expertise and skills to evaluate, analyze, review and comment process design and operation performances, including cost-out initiatives in process design using cost estimate tools9. Complete design experience on safety relief analysis, device sizing & selection, header network and flare design10.
